Lieutenant Kayin is a Ritualist with the elite skill Destructive was Gaive. You can find him in Arkjok Ward. map to be provided, however if you are going on the quest to rescue Koss the warrior he’s somewhere in that vincinity. If you look at the map for Barrage – ranger elite skill, Lieutenant Kayin is loacted on the top right hand corner of that map.
